Age Verification

We reserve the right to use 3rd party age verification systems, in accordance with federal law.

If necessary we reserve the right to ask for identification if necessary. You must be 18 or 21 (depending on state laws) to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase tobacco products. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may card you. This means you will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and shipping address.

Billing Validation

All credit card billing address information you provide must match up in our address verification system (AVS) with that of the cardholder. If this does not match, your order will decline.

Credit Card Validation

For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to reach you at the provided phone number or email address within a reasonable period of time, the order will be canceled.

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.

All fraudulent orders may be reported to the shipping addresses local authorities.

 

Taxes

Massachusetts customers will be charged 6.25%

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to comply with all local and state tobacco laws and regulations regarding tobacco purchasing and payment of taxes.

Refusal or Limit of Service

Due to the nature of internet sales, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and or limit the quantity of orders. If you feel you refusal of service or limited qualities were unnecessary. Please contact our customer support department.

As always we will strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed, but we cannot control weather and/or the shipping companies.
